“I was blown away with how epic this book was! Oh so many parallels to real world issues, but masterfully done within the confines of the world building. A bada$$ woman finds herself the savior of an entire supernatural community, and in part the country. So many explosive events take place that one wonders just how she kept going. If one of the events happened to someone else it would cripple them, let alone the shocking amount of deception, and heartbreaking cruelty done to people as a whole....hit after hit, yet Paige proved repeatedly why she seems to be the one everyone turns too. I’ve a feeling there’s a lot more ahead in future books. I cannot wait to see what happened to Dexx, and just how/when he’ll return. Paige is most definitely starting to realize the true power and strength within herself. Though there definitely still a hidden depth within that she’s hoping to learn about. This book will get you cheering for sides and wanting to help right wrongs. Definitely not a calm, relaxing read....but oh so with it. I enjoyed every moment of this book and can’t wait for the next in this brilliant series!”
